A recipient of several accolades like the Smart Chef Award, Culinary Excellence Award by IFCA to name a few, Chef Ramu Butler is a certified Judge at International Culinary Jury by World association of Chef Society (WACS). A forum for chefs which certifies the judges to judge a culinary competition anywhere in the world.
Keen to learn he goes to attend training whenever possible and keeps himself updated with Chef Forums and workshops online. As an enthusiast for anything new in the industry anticipating “What next” in his field he indulges in the latest trend of food like Fermented Foods - Small Fish, Wheat Revolution and other international trends like Slow food, Sous vide, Molecular gastronomy, Modernist cooking etc.
